Dans ce sujet du journal télévisé « On a de l’info » présenté par Martin Cangelosi sur la chaîne NOVO19, la rédaction s'intéresse aux différents bruits utilisés pour l'endormissement, qui au final perturberaient le sommeil.
De nombreuses personnes s'endorment à l'aide de sons ou de bruits : bruit blanc, bruit rose, bruit brun, ou encore son de pluie ou de vagues... Ces bruits sont censés nous apaiser, mais selon une étude, ils perturberaient en réalité le sommeil lorsqu'ils sont utilisés au long cours.
